NEVER BEEN USED!
This is a spool of vintage wire, original box included. It has never been used. Measures 300 ft. Printed on the box is " Antenna Assembly AS-207/CRT-3 CNK". This was issued to aircraft crewmen and was part of raft emergency equipment, which included a portable, battery operated Gibson Girl radio set. This wire was either stretched out or suspended by a balloon to contact Allied forces. This spool has never been unwound. Would be a great addition to a re-enactors set of display items.
